Hey all.
I've just come across something that I never really thought of. I know a lot about pre-paid, but this stumped me when I heard it.
Do pre-paid carriers get second choice to service than post-paid/mobile hotspots?
So say you're at a football game where there is a lot of interference - would contracted Verizon phones get service before pre-paid?
