Help Pre-rooted or not?

Just out of curiosity, is the Warp already rooted out of the box? The reason why I ask this, when I open up the Autorun Manager app, it's telling me that my device's 'Detected Environment' has Android 2.3.5, is rooted, and busybox (whatever that means). Can anybody confirm this for me, please? :confused:
 
It is not rooted out of the box. Since rooting voids the warranty, it would cause all kinds of legal trouble if they pre-rooted it.
