Predictive Typing App

Settings > Locale and text

You should see the settings for all three keyboards. Also, you change which keyboard you want from there as well.
 
Swype has predictaive built in. You should really give it a try. After you get good at it, you'll realize just how amazing it is. I really wish there was a way to put it on my laptop.

This should be on by default.
A person not reading these forums would be so annoyed.
They almost like to shoot themselves in the foot fo decisions like this.
