preferred movie format?

hi.
so i'm wanting to get a bit of a library together for when my NEO3DO arrives
looking at 3d movies available, I find that there are several formats

anaglyph (not what we want)
dual stream (also picking not what we want)
side by side
half side by side
over under

this is all new to me. which of these should I be getting?
youtube seems to be half side by side format. is that the best?

I'm not sure if there's a "best" format, but half-SBS works okay here. I also have a 3D remux video, but the NEO3DO can't display it in real-time.

If your video file starts with "[3D] " then the NEO3DO will play it in 3D automatically.
