Premium Suite?

I've been seeing things about the S2 supposedly getting an update with Premium Suite. What update its it, and had it been leaked? Is it one of the Jelly Bean variants already floating around?

Its the Samsung corporation's premium suite upgrade pack.

Its features are:

1) Contexual Menu.
2) Multi Window.
3) Reader Mode and
4) Facebook Lock Ticker.
