I'm been due for an upgrade last week, but I'm waiting for the best deal. Not all retail stores have it for sale (Amazon generally gives the best price). I'm also waiting to see if it might be better to pay a little extra to have it a few days earlier (if your pre-order ships to you, you'll have to wait out the shipping time). So far, I found Wirefly has it at the best price at $180. Remember, 3rd party retailers have additional early termination fees at stipulations.
