[Ilya]

I'm gonna go put my name on the list in a little while.

Did you have to pay anything? Or just put your name on the list?

[wndrshwzn]

nah, just a list. they said as soon as the phone comes in, then they will take money.

[SoFLO]

So what is this then, a pre-preorder?

[Tiako]

Does the phone have a release date too?

[Rose4uKy]

My stores I was at today knew nothing about a pre order. And BB said June 13th but I know it will be the 6th or maybe sooner. I'm waiting till the 12th to see what they say after the NY event. Even Telesales didn't know..

[Ilya]

Yeah I went to my store and he didn't know jack and wouldn't take my name lol.

[Rose4uKy]

I think were just going to have to wait it out till May 12th after the big event to know anything for sure..

Yeah I went to my store and he didn't know jack and wouldn't take my name lol.

some stores do it some will not. I've found the independent stores with access to new devices are the most likely to have a list with corporate stores least likely. At least around here that seems to be the case.

I don't think I'm going to bother getting it on release and wait a few days for the dust to settle. I Got all excited for the pre and it ended up to be a huge disappointment. I'm going to wait for a few reviews and walk into best buy one day a week or so after release and pick one up.

Who am I fooling. I'm buying this bitch on release!

putting your name on a list means nothing... i did that when the pre came out and all they did was call me the day they started selling the phone, pointless.
