Preparing Network???

Traded in my white note 2 for a white note 3 yesterday and LOVIN the note 3! I've noticed on the top left part of the screen a message that keeps popping up randomly stating preparing network. It appears when I am connected to wifi or LTE. Any of you experiencing the same thing or have any thoughts?

This thread suggests it happens whenever your phone switches back and forth between 3G and 4G, as would happen in a weak signal area, but I don't know why you'd get it on WiFi.

i found it was displayed on my GS3 when there was a new PRL for my phone and it need a new dump reset on stock rom TW to download apply and finally remove it. for me i had to use kies 3 before and after to completely fix the issue. i used the dial code ##RTN*MSL which dumped and returned me to complete stock settings and then the kies which restored firmware and other files needed to correctly download the new PRL. 33030 i think if memory serves for me anyway.
