Pretty Nifty App

I'm having the same issue as posted above. It wont let me login with my CORRECT email and password in the app. The same email and password works online without problem. Do I have to reset it to get it to work?

I'd give it a shot if it worked for the other guy.
 
Is it a gmail account? Cause Needz Android said he got it working, but couldn't get it to work with his gmail account. So if it is, try another account.
 
That's pretty funny how they design an app for the android OS and it's not configured to work with gmail accounts.
 
I think that's about all the effort I'm going to give for this app. Not worth it at this point since I've changed my password 3 times now, and my email twice to non gmail addresses. Still doesn't work.

Kinda dissapointed since I spent about 20 minutes importing all my financials and accounts into the site
 
my widget does not work either, keeps telling me to check the log in id and password. have tried gmail, live.com and work email addresses, updated password but nothing. i can log in online just fine but the widget will not work for me
 
Same issue here, my login and password work fine on the website but not from my phone.:mad:

FWIW, I've tested it using WiFi and 3G and neither work.
 
weird, i just installed the android app and it will not let me log in for the life of me

anyone else experience this?

edit: looks like others are experiencing this too
 
it wouldn't let me do it with gmail so i switched to my work account and got it up and running...

if you can, keep investing more time to fixing the problem because it really is a useful app...
 
Just signed up online, pretty awesome, since i am in college it actually shows where i am spending my money and that helps, no more starbucks for me! lol
 
Ditto for me. Will not let me log into the app but I can log on to the site.

Funny thing is that I was logged into the app for an entire day fine and yesterday I opened it, saw a glimpse of my acct. balance and it kicked me to the login screen. It hasn't let me back in since. I've tried 3 email accounts and passwords.

I'm finished. I can be into my banks site in about the same time anyway, so no loss here.
 
how long does it take for MINT to update your accounts? I've had multiple transactions take place since 5/5 and it hasn't updated my balances since then even though MINT says it last updated this morning...

anyone else's like this?
 
ok, i signed into mint.com and it updated my accounts and then the widget on my phone updated as well.

do you have to sign into mint.com to update this info on your phone?
 
ya i see that and it hit it a few times this morning to no avail

then i go into my mint.com account on my pc and it refreshes my balances and thennn when i check my phone they finally refreshed to the correct amounts.

should the balances on my phone update without me signing in to mint on my pc??

Hmm, then the refresh option must sync with the Mint servers, not your accounts, which means you might need to have the Mint account to refresh through other means... Haven't really tested it out completely, sorry.

I agree, it does look like a very professionally done app and very handy tool as well but it just won't work for me any longer.

I may try to create an entirely new account. Let's see what happens.....

Wow...I created an entirely new account with different email and password but the app still says wrong username/password. Unreal.

Oh well, dev I love the app and if you can fix it I will use it but this looks like a legit bug with this app since I am not alone on this problem. Good Luck!
