Help Pretty sure

[michellemerine]

My phones OS just went out and this is my second phone. What in the world causes this? I am so mad and frustrated right now. Is there anything I can do to get it up again?

What were you running and what was the last thing you did with it?

[michellemerine]

Last thing I had on was facebook and then the battery died Now it just says samsung and lights up and that is as far as it goes.

Have you done a battery pull and are you running anything custom?
