Root Prevail one click rook complete SD card failure

My phone has been rooted since 11/11 it worked great, wifi, everything and suddenly it rebooted itself and I lost everything on the card, but the phone still thinks it's all there, but I can't get to any apps, any ideas?
 
yes, it can't find any backups, I have just been reading about using odin to root a newer version FF19 as one click root doesn't supprot that, will I screw up everything if I go that way?

any backups are on sd card and when you make them you can save to pc if a problem comes about. if you didn't make any or have any then you might have to start over, not rooting, but reinstalling a rom and all apps, ect then make a backup in cwm and save to pc for this kind of problem. also make backups regularly when making changes and trying out new thins, so if a problem arises you can always restore back and be good.
 
When you say 'the phone thinks it all still there' what do you mean?

What happened before this failure?

If you put the card in your pc, does it show your saved content?

Have you considered the possibility they the card failed?

Have you tried a new card?
 
What I mean is the phone memory still shows as being used for apps, but I can't access any, the sd card in the pc, inaccessable, I used linked2sd to move apps to the card to free up space, but when I put the card back in the phone, superuser and play store and youtube come back on the phone, I used mini tool partition to create 2 partitions on the sd card partition 0 is dead.
 
Hmmm... Could just be corrupt, have you tried to reformat it?

If that doesn't.work, it'd probably time for a new card
 
I tried mini tool partition to recover, but no good, is it worth trying to root with the odin program, even an older version? I need the wifi to link my laptop to phone, I have a camp in the middle of nowhere and need internet, upstate NY is not loaded with access.
 
As LV said, you probably need a new sd-card !! HAd the same problem with an old 16gb card..... all was good if I used Mini Tool, but didn't work in the phone........ Get a new card, then do all the flashing...... Just my opinion ! ;)
 
Thanks everyone for the help and feed back, I think I'm going the odin way, FF19, I just need to read all the posts first or any ideas as to what best?
