Previously Installed Apps "Stopped"

I'm hoping someone here can help me with my problem.
I've got a Telus (Canada) Galaxy S that I updated to Android 4.0.3 about 8 months ago.
It has been working fine until RomManager updated on Friday and my phone got stuck in a boot loop.
I reset my phone to fix my boot loop, and it is working as a phone again, but most of the apps I had on my phone before get the "Unfortunately X has stopped working" box as soon as they start.
Some examples are: Maps, Music, Google+, PodcastAddict, Authenticator, aWallet Passord, Astro File Manager, Twitter, etc.
Gmail works, Hangouts works, Browser works

I'm thinking there is some data still in my phones memory that I need to clear, but I don't know what exactly.

Any help would be appreciated.

Take it youre rooted? Clear cache partition and Dalvik in recovery and see if that helps :thumbup:

No such luck. I'm thinking of just going for a full clean of the phone and starting fresh.

Or try just reflashing the firmware first :thumbup:
