Prey installed?

Does anyone here have Prey installed on their DINC2?

I would LOVE to figure out how to get it work on mine. Prey, hands down, offers the most logical and useful set of features. I love having a website to log into... being able to use it on my phone and laptop... and being able to customize the SMS "lost" notification messages to be what I want (something "innocent", not a xxxx Locate command).

I've had it work on my phone once.. but now when I try to test it months later, I send the message.. and nothing happens. If I go to the website and mark my phone lost... no reports are generated -- it says waiting for my phone to get hte activation signal or something like.

Sadly, my ideal tracking program appears fatally flawed...

I use GotYa! It has all the commands I can imagine wanting like locate, take picture, lock phone, etc. Works great.

I don't either. I just have it installed for the remote commands. I even have the app hidden from my app drawer and password protected.

So... some of you do have Prey on DINC2 and it works as it should?

Which means something is funky with my phone... interesting.

Sorry, we don't use Prey. We're just noodling around discussing other options.
