THIS ROM IS BASED OFF OPTIMUS PRIME

USE MY ROM AT YOURE OWN RISK IM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU BRICK YOURE PHONE PERIOD.

THAT BEING SAID I DECIDED TO PUT THIS OUT FOR EVERYONE ELSE. ITS A ROM I MADE FOR MYSELF BUT I FIGURED I WOULD SHARE.

ROOT TOOLBOX WILL INSTALL THEM BUT IF YOU DONT HAVE ROOT TOOLBOX YOU CAN MANUALLY ADD THEM,

3.PLACE THE ZIP FILE NAMED "BOOTANIMATION.ZIP" IN DATA/LOCAL.

First of all--let me say this rom rocks! I just installed today..and I cannot believe how much faster the phone is! I am having one problem..I cannot install anything from the android market..keeps coming up with an error. "Appname could not be downloaded due to an error (-101). Any suggestions?
 
Clear data from the market then go to Google services framework and clear its data. Do this in settings-applications-manage applications. It will fix the problem if done right. It might take a couple of minutes to let the market open up correctly after you clear their data.make sure you reboot after clearing their data.

Hey, You have to read the instructions good. I kept trying to figure out why I was getting the msmatch too, but you unzip the file and either cut or copy the file with the numbers that looks like a nandroid backup file with the date and place that file in the backup folder, after I did that It worked perfectly. Good instructions, I just didn't read them completely.
 
First try and got it!!!! I have been studying for months before I got this Transform Ultra, I used to have LG Optimus S and was running out of space (gave it to my mom). AWESOME I am loving it and the functionality I have seen is impressive so much better. Now to test and see if the speaker phone mic works while plugged into the car stereo, It didn't from stock. Donation will arrive tomorrow when I get paid. Thanks to everyone!

PS. I am guessing to handle updates manually, so that I am not installing or updating useless apps...That is until I figure all the new apps/features out to uninstall them. Also new to forums so correct me if I mess up.

Is the carrier going to make a difference down the road? Sprint vs Boost?
And google talk came up wants to verify??? I don't think I use it unless it's talk to text?

one last install came up "avast! mobile securitycould not be downloaded due to error (-101)"

anybody know of good call blocker instead?
