I have been using Printer Share Premium and have been very impressed. Also not free.

PrintHand has in-app purchase.

But I'd not use it. After you've seen that the app does what you want uninstall the free version, purchase the paid version in Play Store and install it.
Now you can use the app on all your Android devices without paying for each device

I use PrintBot pro using wifi.

You can print pictures & documents, emails or selection of plus Web pages or a selection of it.

They have, or had a free version, but with limits.

Available at the play store
