Prl 3024

I cant download from the google service. Never has worked on my pc for some reason. Any way somebody can host it somewhere else i really want to keep up with the perls....
 
Just for the heck of it I did the OTA *228 PRL update. It updated from 3017 to 3019. No sign of EV-DO
PS. also learned that my optimus is revision 0 not A at i thought
 
bro if you read some of the threads you would know that some parts of detroit do and they r using prls 3020-3024...there r threads titled 3g detroit and crap like that...read
 
idk if its just me but all the 3g hype isnt really nothing, Im in Miami like 3mins from downtown and its pretty spotty (theres been reports of it here already) and when I do actually get 3g coverage it isnt breakneck fast. I have 3020, 3022, 3023 and 3024 tried them all.
 
ok, after updating it to 3024 it's showing 3G however my signal strength did not improved 2 bars in my house. As far as the speed, I did not test it yet.
 
like tms592 in miami the 3g is horrible for me, dont know who has had good luck with it, constantly switching between 1x and 3g, and 3g is actually slower in some parts of the city than 1x.
And if I am listening to pandora for example, it will pick up the 3g signal so switch from 1x to 3g, so the music will stop for a while, then it will lose the 3g and go back to 1x, and most of this happens in the same place, not like im driving around, it just comes and goes randomly.
Tried going back to 3019 prl which is 1x only down here and works like a charm for me, since there is 1x everywhere but it keeps on reinstalling the 3023 automatically every couple of days.
 
I’ve been having 3G in my house (Miami) using 3021,22,23 and 24 for a couple of months with a very bad reception (around 1 bar swapping to 1X constantly) with a very slow browser and market speed. Since yesterday the 3G is at 3-4 bars and the market and browser speed are way faster than before.
 
I got tired of playing the 3g ghost chase so I switched back to plain old 1x, takes awhile but market works and I can browse. Around my house I was lucky if I seen 1 bar, i'd just get the 3g logo then back to 1x after awhile I got frustrated and went back to what works....
