Is there a detailed list of which tower locations have been added or removed in PRL updates? I've heard some horror stories of people updating the PRL and now show roaming while using their cell phone at home. I'm not courageous enough to take that chance! :-\ A map showing towers changed in PRLs would be greatly appreciated!

Is the PRL connected to those Data Call Failure notices? I seem to keep getting them and whenever I check for PRL updates, there's one available. This has happened about 2 or 3 times since I've had it.
