PRL & Going Backwards

I did a prl update a few days ago and my my phone is sucking hard core.

It is having issues holding onto a 3g, drops a lot of calls etc. Before this update I never had these kinds of issues. I have also had a lot of data issues, like not being able to get photos to upload to faceook or picasa.

HTC Hero on sprint, Fresh 2.1.1 Metro Washing DC area PRL 60670 was 60668

So is there a way to go back to an older PRL ?

Good info, Andy! Robert will still need to call Sprint to get the MSL#, but it should be easy to get if he tells them he needs to revert to a previous PRL because of issues related to the latest PRL update.
