Root PRL Swap on CM9

Revert to stock, that's the easiest way unless you already have your msl code, then in that case, CM7 would be easiest.
 
try making a backup of your rom first. then flash to stock. change prl. then restore the rom you were using.

im using prl 61007 on ics
