Root prl update and profile

ok, first order of business, they wont always update, you dont necessarily need an update
second order of business, im going to assume you are using the shinjitzu rom, custom roms generally dont have the update capability, so you are sol, unless of course you feel like going back to stock, thats up to you
 
when back to stock rom and try no luck i when and did a factory reset no problemo works great i know with a customer rom never goint to work so in the future if i used a custome rom how do i get the newest prl boost released
 
you go back to stock and do it all over again. sucks dont it? but that is one of the drawbacks of using a custom rom, no updating prls, profiles, and if you have to reactivate the phone you are sol, those things can only be done from stock roms
 
believe or not i like stock rom even do custome rom are better but i dont know i dont see any difference on stock rom and custome rom i also notice in stock i always have more then 230 of free ram and this morning with the custome rom i was getting 100 of free ram so i decide to go back to stock i took so many apps with system tuner no bootloops or nothing just more faster also have the backup of full stock rom i cant decide wich rom is better im confused now but hey it is what it is
 
yea i havent been screwing with shinru's rom myself, im waiting for cyanogenmod to be finished, it may not really be my project anymore but at least its getting done. i think... havent heard any word on it as of late but we shall see. all i know for sure is it will be much better than any rom based on stock as far as ram is concerned. its a lower profile rom, with better memory management built in, and its not horribly flawed like zte's software
 
man ima stay with stock until cm10 shinru rom is nice but always go back to stock my think is the ram i dont understand why i so high and stock has more free space should it be the other way around but any way cant wait for cm10 i think will be the best rom for this puppy
