If rooted and running the Fresh Rom can you do the Update PRL option under they systems update option? If not how do you go about udating the PRL? Also where can I find what the most recent PRL available is>

well fresh is a sense rom so yes you can update your prl. here is a thread that has a link to all of the current prl along with instructions to downgrade if you like.

You can get Verizon reception with a Sprint phone. PRL is an acronym for preferred roaming list, it is the list of carriers and cell towers that will allow you to roam on.
Having a VZW prl will allow you to roam on a strictly Verizon system and receive the full benefits like you were a Verizon customer.
I'm pretty sure I got that just about right. Please someone let me know if I'm off the mark.

Does it work better than forced roaming with Roam Control? They did something at our local hospital where VZW customers now have full signal, whereas before the signal was very poor. I've used Roam Control there before and still barely got a signal for some reason
