Root Prl

Yes it is the standard (61007).

If people are having poor speeds, it may just be where you are. When changing PRLs and using speedtest, you should try it early morning or late night.

I ended up back to my stock PRL. At night or early morning, I can get 800kbps up and down. During the day/peek hours, its usually at 30kbps down and 400kbps up, absolutely useless! Some of the other PRLs worked better, got up to 300kbps, but then it was always jumping to 1x or when it was working, 300kbps was max day or night...

So in the end, I concluded that it is not my phone or PRL, it is just my area is overloaded... speeds are great late at night when everyone is asleep...

Is the 61007 prl vm standered for all there phones I'm looking for the pro I had before I switched it my dumb ass forgot it

ive just tested prl 61007 throughout the state of texas today, from dallas to san antonio and through the middle of nowhere going to del rio. i had the maximum of 3 bars in the middle of no where :D and coverage is amazingly good

Is there really a priority thing for Sprint and VM?

I'm guessing Sprint is using QOS on their network and VM gets the scavenger class I.E. "best effort" for traffic priority. Hence great during off hours and slow as molasses during peak hours. It is for me in Boston. Just my. 02
