I watched a YouTube video about booting into a temporary recovery/rom that let's you update your prl and profile, then when you reboot your back in your installed rom. I'll have to dig around to find that again and see if that might help you

I didn't find the video right off, but see if this page helps you (I know it says for CM9/10) but it should get you what you need to do:

looks like you may need to reflash your ROM afterwards (not sure) but if you have to, don't do any wipes, just flash it, should put you back where you were.
