Can you buy Android apps with a prepaid Visa debit card? I'm getting this phone soon and i would definitely like to buy some apps. I don't have a credit card so I was thinking of buying a prepaid debit card and adding it to my Google account so I can be charged there. Is that possible?

I haven't tried it myself, but I'm sure you could. I used to use a prepaid Mastercard for one of my paypal accounts, so I would imagine Google would operate similarly in that respect.

Yes you can, before buying something, look for a free alternatives. There are apps which free and better.

You can use a prepaid debit/credit card if it is set up with your google account.
