Help Problem adding Gmail account

[GirlCalledKill]

Hello. I just bought samsung galaxy gio s5660 and I'm very pissed cause I can't add my gmail account to my phone. When I put my username and password it's loading for a bit and then it says "can't establish a reliable data connection to the server". Could you please help me?
