Help Problem connecting my phone to computer in debugging mode

I'm trying to connect my HTC Desire HD to my computer in debugging mode in order to test some applications but can't make the phone visible by the computer. Guess I need to install some usb drivers first but can't find out exactly which. Can anyone please tell where can I download all the necessary drivers for connect phone in debugging mode?

All the relevant drivers should come with HTC Sync so if you install that, you should be sorted.

You might well need the SDK for what you're trying to do though, have you installed that?
