Problem downloading 4.3

I'm on at&t and I went to download 4.3 the other day. Everything was going smooth until my WiFi went off. Download was like halfway done but it said download was interuppted and told me that I couldn't check for an update for 24 hours. Tried again today, and its doing the exact same thing. Any ideas? I can't press continue download and if I search it just tells me to wait a day.

Set the time and date in the phone to manual. Set the date to Monday. Try again.

If it still doesn't work, set the date back to automatic and bring the phone into an AT&T store on Monday.

Now it is saying software is up to date and I have to wait until Monday to look again....
