Problem Downloading ebook App

[Galaxy Note 10]

I have been trying to download 10000+ebook app unto my Samsung galaxy note 10.1, but I keep getting a message that 'the item is not compatible with my device'. Can anyone advise what I have to do to enable the download?.

Probably the best thing you could do, as stated above, would be contacting the developer from the app page in the Google play store.

Most developers, if they get enough requests for a particular device, they will integrate their app to be compatible with that certain device.
