I have had my GS3 since December and have had no issues with it. That is until I updated to Jellybean. I just have one problem. When I attempt to drag an App Icon to a new location, the App Icon does move. However the the phone starts to quickly cycle through all the Pages/Screens on my phone. It makes it really difficult to move App Icons. I can do it, but it is almost because like a "Mini-game" that is teasing me. Has anybody else ran into this issue?
