Help Problem in File transfer from PC to mobile vai USB cable

I have samsung galaxy 3 mobile phone, initilly for first time i can able to trasfer files from PC to mobile, but after that whenever i tried to transfer file using as mass storage or by samsung kies, it is showing failure massage - transfer path is too deep, but i can tranfer files from mobile to PC only PC to mobile is not possible. what to do???????????
