Help Problem in installing Kies and regarding farmware update

1st problem: I installed Kies 2.3.2.12054_20_1 on my Acer Aspire one notebook. But whenever I run the program an error box appears and program closes. I have windows XP SP3. Also I have Updated Java on my notebook. Its really annoying. My phone is Galaxy S2 and I have got it from my relative living in Korea. I live in Bangladesh.
2nd problem: After connecting the device to PC with USB cable, it says the device is connected but when I click removable disk (H: and I: that appears after connecting), it says _"please insert a disc into drive H: or I:". SO how can I transfer files from and to my notebook?
3rd problem: The set is from Olleh network of Korea and I live in Bangladesh. SO I am having various problems such as checking my mobile balance etc. I want to upgrade ICS from Gingerbread. Is it possible to have a firmware developed for Bangladesh?
 
Don't use Kies. If you want to sync music, photos, videos, pod casts, etc., download MediaMonkey. It's free and works on multiple devices.

Actually I am very new to Android. However I have solved some problems regarding connecting the phone to PC (Using USB debugging and tethering). Kies issue not solved yet. It seems *#06# and codes similar like this are not working on my model SHW-M250K. So I wanted to flash the phone with I9100 firmware. Will there be any problem? And any special caution to take? I tried to download this firmware Hotfile.com: One click file hosting: I9100XWLP7_I9100ODDLP9_TML.zip from sammobile.com. As the file is very large I failed to download after 350MB :( . Anyone knows where can I find those firmware divided in smaller parts (such as four 100MB files)?
