It's probably easier and safer, just to install them from the Play Store or the Amazon app store.

What happens when you try installing stuff that way?

playstore says incompatible with your device but lot of other incompatible app (playstore) do get installed from sd card in same device

i also have ainol nummy and google play store said incompatible but subway surfer was installed in my ainol via apk file stored sd card

only talking tom 2 and this subway surfer is not getting installed

it says app not installed

also tried to format my sd card but no use

playstore says incompatible with your device

If it won't install locally then perhaps this is the case? i suggest contacting the developers to check that your device is indeed supported.
