Root Problem of the screen turning black after I press the on button.

After upgrading to ZVD and #2, I'm having an annoying problem where when I press the on button, the lock screen flashes on and then turns off. The buttons stay lighted and I can feel the vibrations of the buttons as if the phone were working normally, but the screen is black. The next time I try to turn on the screen it happens again, until I reboot it.

Any thoughts?

happens to me too not sure what exactly does it but when u try to turn ur screen back on hit the home button at the same time that sometimes helps.
