So i am currently running GB and am rooted. My phone died and when i charged and rebooted it, it took me to recovery. I tried to press reboot now but either my camera button isnt working, or isnt responding.

Am i screwed?

No worries. Its been changed from the camera button to the power button. I asked this same question the other night lol.

When i press the power button on the top it just turns the screen off and the menu disappears, then when i press it again it pops back up.

And this happens while you're on the recovery screen?

yeah im on the clockwork recovery screen and when i press the top power button it just turns the screen black. Is there any way to boot straight to the phone and skip recovery mode? Im really pissed off right now and kind of nervous that im about to have no phone

it also says back menu button enabled under clockwork recovery

Oh... I'm sorry. I was assuming you were in stock recovery, not CWR. Try powering off the phone, hold home key + power button, when the Droid pops up with the exclamation point, release home and power, then press both volume buttons. That'll take you into stock recovery. Try rebooting this way. And we'll go from there.

OK so doing that completely was the right move and made my camera button work again so that i was able to press reboot now once i got back to clockwork recovery. you are a SAINT!

Thanks so much now i can go to sleep worry free at 4 AM!
