Root problem putting teeter on Aloysius2.0v7

im trying to put teeter on the phone i have the file and odex and i type "adb install Teeter.apk" and get Failure [install_failed_dexopt] what am i doing wrong or what do i do to fix this and get it to install the apk?

cd to your android sdk tools folder.... try

adb push teeter.apk /system/app

edit... make sure teeter.apk in in your tools folder ready to go.

didn't work teeter still doesnt show on phone

yeah not to crazy about this rom. until they fix mms, I'm sticking with Ivan's....
