Help Problem receiving group and picture SMSs

[ernestl12]

I have a Samsung Galaxy SII Skyrocket, but I cannot receive group or picture SMSs. It simply has a gray box that says download and clicking on it never works. I was wondering if there is a solution to this problem. I tried switching to SMS GO Pro but the results are still the same.

Im not sure, but the downloads may be going to a "download" folder on the phone or SD card. Is this coming from iphones? i think that i had something like that happenfrom my kid's phone.
