Root problem sending MMS

Currently i'm running CM7 for GB. However my issue has happened on stock as well.

Sometimes when i try and text a pic to someone i get the stupid circle processing icon next to the mms message and that is as far as it gets. It never sends it. In fact i have one right now that i tried sending to someone yesterday at 3:14pm and it still has the stupid circle processing next to it like its still trying to send it. Sometimes when i reboot my phone it will then send it sometimes not.

Anyone else experience this before?

i remember the answer to this problem is something telephony, its found using root explorer, its posted somewhere in this forum, i just cannot remember where
