Help Problem Sideloading App

Hi I have the allow from 3rd party sources checked but when I go to install a new apk it gives me options that don't let me install the apk. Moon Reader+ Vine and Note Anywhere. Not the installer. How do I fix this?

I found a work around using easy installer but that shouldn't be needed.
