Help Problem to put my desireZ on Bell canada

I buy a use Desire Z ( the seller probably buy it on ebay) it work with Rodgers, but I can't acces to Bell with my bell sim card.
I 'm now on Mimicry 1.5.0 with a Bell mobylity Radio
When I'm try to acess to Bell with my Sim card, I have an error message who said my sim card doesn't give me acces to Bell, I have also test with a Koodo sim card with the same result... Only rodgers whant to work on it!
Any idea to help me???

You phone must be locked to the Rogers network. You would have to get either Rogers to unlock it or get it unlocked by a third party. I am not too familiar with unlocking phones. Rogers can probably do it, but they do charge you.

I don't think I am locked, I root them and I have no mesage who it locked when I put the bell SIM.
Some one told me I can't be on Mimicry 1.5.0 if im already lock but I'm not sure about that...
