Root Problem trying to root

Everytime I push "Root my phone" i get an error ..... anyone get this too?

This is the exception that pops up from Pete's Tools.

I have uninstalled adn reinstalled Pete's tools, Drivers restarted everything and now im at a loss.....

any help would be great

Take a screenshot of where you have Pete's Root tools and of what is inside.

It looks like it can't find ADB, but if it's still setup correctly, then I'll just have you install the SDK and add the platform-tools directory to your PATH variable.
 
i extracted petes tools to a new folder on my desktop. It extracted Support_Files and Pete's Motorola root tools.exe

I replied in the other thread. Thanks for creating a new thread I'll link to it in that one and let's keep the discussion here.
 
In that case I highly recommend that you go the manual route. At this point all you are missing is the ABD interface, which comes with the Android SDK.

I used the manual route as opposed to the one click methods, and I'm rooted perfectly fine.
