Problem using bluetooth

My husband and I recently bought the Samsung Transform Ultra. He uses his bluetooth for work (it's a blue parrot) - he's a truck driver. The problem he is having is, it works fine when he is parked or going really slow. But when he is going down the road at a speed faster than about 30 mph, he can't get it to work. When he tries to make a call, it will send to his phone but after a few secs, it says it isn't responding and to try again. It's only when he's going at a faster speed that this does it.
Does anyone have this problem or know what it is?

I have neverhad this issue though I do not have the bluetooth that he has. I would recommend borrowing another bluetooth from a friend and testing it with the phone. This will isolate whether it is the phone or the bluetooth ear piece.

Interesting. Maybe due to vibrations?

He discovered that he can get it to work if he speaks into his phone to dial which doesn't help if he's driving. He's a truck driver and isn't supposed to touch his phone while driving that's why he has a bluetooth.
