So my Samsung headphones no longer wake up my device when I push the button, it however does work when the screen is on, anyone know what's wrong or have this issue as well? Thanks for any help

Not exactly however I can say this. The Note does seem to react in two different ways depending on whether the screen is on. When my screen is off and I push the button, the Google Voice dialer comes up (black screen). It seems to work a little differently (dumber) than when the screen is on and I push the button. At that time, it looks more like Google now comes up (white screen) so I can guess from this behavior that two different apps are in play depending on whether your screen is on or not. Clearly the first one is not working for you. I have no idea why this even is. I wish it would just use Google Now (or whatever) in both cases. That Google Dialer is lame. I can say "call home" and even though I have a contact called "Home", it brings up every contact with Home in it and wants me to choose. There is then NO way it lets me pick home directly. If it doesn't hear you, it will say "didn't catch that" but then just completely stops listening and doesn't ask you to repeat. Totally dumb. On the other hand, if your screen is on and I push the button and say "call home", it again asks me which home but doesn't tell me which ones it found and if I'm not looking at the screen, I have no way of knowing what order they are in. This is totally dumb. This is really my only complaint. You have no way to affectively use "Home" as a contact when using a headset
