Problem watching videos. HELP PLEASE!

I went to CNN to check out new and wanted to play a video but error wasn't letting me due to video software. What do I need to download?
 
CNN was one of the only websites I could not get to play video. I dont know why they would include that as a stock bookmark when the phone cant get the video. ESPN videos works great though.
