Apps problem while installing androide

i try to install androide with eclipse

I use windows 7

I opened Eclipse
I went to Help > Install new Software ... All ok here

I downloaded the last Android SDK
I Come back to Eclipse
When i go to Window > Preference > Android
And I specified the SDK that i Downloaded He always says No target available
