Help problem with *2 dail on burnt driod

i recently post a question regrading sprint zone turn out is not the issue i just reflash the burnt droid after doing a full wipe i can get the *2 to dial it get a foreclose any idea what might cause this

Oh, and if you're talking about the Evo it is NOT a droid, or driod (whatever that is).

Removing Sprint Zone causes *2 not to work anymore. I took it off my phone and it doesn't work. You can either dial the 800 number or 611 I think.
