Help Problem with 3G/H??

Hi people,

Have a SGS2 on O2.

Been on the phone to o2 for 45 minutes and didn't really get anywhere...

Basically my phone has been playing up, always have 3G/H coverage bu internet either loads very slowly or not at all!

O2 tried to get me to turn off 3G but could not advise me on how to do this, after a quick google i have found out.

so now after turning off 3G my phone works on G (GPRS?) perfectly without any issues loading web pages or timing out, therefore i have an issues with 3G/H

Not sure how phones etc receive the different signals so want to know what you guys think the issue is? phone? sim card?


Any help guys so i can tell O2 what i need as for the first time in my life i am having problems with their support/customer service.

It has a blank moment as it switches between 3G and H, and causes loading to slow/stop as it switches, I have no idea how to stop that.
