Root Problem with 3g, mms, on orange.

i updated my rooted desire to Payes 2.2 and changed the radio, but since then i seem to get the below message

Says "my sim settings have changed" when i click on it i get "The application Settings (process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly"

I followed a guide to get round this by downloading APN backup & Restore, deleted my APN`s, restored to default, then rebooted phone. Sim message still comes up on reboot but 3g/h works, i can send mms but not recieve - does anyone know a solution for this? i have tried a few things now and getting nowhere

You can try reflashing the radio, or rolling back to a previous version. I have had similar problems with some of the radio ROM's recommended. If the APN settings are what they should be for your network, I can't see why you can receive but not send a MMS.
