Help Problem with adverts appearing in the notification section

[noddle]

Has anybody else had problem with adverts appearing in the notification section? I am trying to see what app may be causing this but have had no luck. Dont want to re-install if I dont have to.

The adverts are for:

Cash Prize Win!
Dating sites
You are chosen to win an ipad

In what form are these messages. Are the SMS or emails? They got to be coming from somewhere.

Im not sure if you have the same problem as This guy, in this thread here, but see if it helps.
