Root Problem with back ups

Whenever I load a saved set up from recovery it wipes out all the Titanium Back Up back ups of my apps. Is this supposed to happen because I don't remember it ever happening when I did it with the Admire back ups.

Also I can't get the pc to recognize the Motion when I try to make any changes or load new roms. I'm using Puppy Linux because my hard drive has failed and until I can replace it I have to use the Puppy set up but it will not show the Motion as a drive. If I use the old Admire and plug it in it sees it right away. Any idea on how to fix this? I've tried loading ADB but can't get it done with this Puppy set up.

I think the reason your backup wipes out your titanium back ups is because titanium back up saves to your internal memory, or maybe its just me, but i had to move my titanium backups folder to the sd card and if i want to restore any app i would have to move the folder back to the internal and that is really annoying. Maybe Sepero's mounting your real sd card method could fix this.

Puppy is a great tool for when your system won't boot because of a failed hard drive, for me its been a lifesaver being able to still use my computer. Unfortunately for me I can't get it to work like Windows but I keep plugging away at it. I hope it helps you 2gigayteSD
