Help Problem with bluetooh calling

With my HTC Desire if i want make call with use of EArphone Bluetooth Motorolla in using Oral Call the communication is functionnal only if i confirm on my telephone HTC. Otherwise i cannot make a call.

Do you have a solution for this problem
